Product Operations Analyst

Role Summary

The Analyst, Regional Product Solutions - Operations Support will provide hands-on operational support to Regional Product Solutions leads, enabling efficient execution of product rollouts, pilots, and market activations across multiple markets.

This role focuses on coordination, execution, and operational discipline, ensuring visibility into product adoption, implementation progress, risks, and dependencies.

The Analyst will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders including Product, Marketing, Sales, Technology, and Operations to support client onboarding, track implementations, and help scale digital solutions consistently across regions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide day-to-day operational support to Regional Product Solutions leads

• Support execution of product rollouts, pilots, and market activations across multiple markets

• Maintain visibility of regional product adoption, blockers, and operational risks

• Support client and partner onboarding, including implementation tracking and follow-ups

• Assist in managing implementation dependencies, prerequisites, and documentation

• Coordinate intake of regional product ideas, enhancements, and requests

• Ensure consistent communication and handoffs across Product, Sales, Marketing, Technology, and Operations

• Identify opportunities to simplify processes and reduce manual effort

• Contribute to scaling solutions across multiple markets and clients

• Support operational governance and process discipline within regional initiatives

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field

• 1–3 years of experience in operations, product support, program management, implementation, or consulting

• Experience supporting regional or multi-market initiatives is a strong advantage

• Exposure to product, digital solutions, or technology-enabled services preferred

• Experience in financial services, payments, fintech, or enterprise technology is a plus

Skills & Competencies

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Fluent English with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally in both written and verbal contexts

• Proven ability to provide day-to-day operational support in a fast-paced environment

• Strong execution skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams in parallel

• Solid understanding of product lifecycle concepts (intake, rollout, pilot, scale)

• High attention to detail and structured working style

• Ability to coordinate effectively across multiple functions and regions

• Comfortable following up with senior and peer stakeholders on actions and dependencies
