Project Coordinator

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, IT, or related field

• 2+ years experience in project coordination

• Experience working with trading platforms.

• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodology.

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

• Fluent in Kyrgyz, Russian and English (written and spoken).

• Strong communication and management skills.

DUTIES:

• Coordinate cross-functional teams (Tech, Product, Compliance, Marketing,

Operations).

• Support project planning, execution, and delivery timelines.

• Track milestones, risks, and dependencies across multiple projects.

• Assist in product launches and platform upgrades.

• Communicate with international partners and stakeholders.

• Prepare reports, documentation, and project updates.

• Ensure alignment between business objectives and technical implementation.
