Job responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all hotel operations during the night shift, ensuring seamless service delivery across departments.
- Act as the senior manager on duty, serving as the primary decision-maker in the absence of executive leadership.
- Ensure exceptional guest experience in alignment with 5-star service standards.
- Handle VIP arrivals, special requests, and guest complaints with professionalism and discretion.
- Supervise front desk, night audit, security, and overnight operational teams.
- Review daily financial reports, night audit processes, and ensure accuracy of postings and system balances.
- Conduct night property walks to ensure cleanliness, maintenance standards, and operational readiness.
- Coordinate emergency procedures and act as crisis leader when required.
- Prepare handover reports for executive management.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Front Office operations within a 4- or 5-star hotel environment.
- Previous managerial experience required.
- Strong knowledge of hotel Opera PMS.
- Solid understanding of night audit procedures and financial reconciliation.
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Flexibility to work overnight shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
