We are expanding our B2B direction and are looking for an experienced professional who already operates within the interior design ecosystem of the Middle East.
Role Overview
We are seeking a B2B Partnership Manager with a strong focus on interior designers. This role is designed for a professional who already has a proven network of designers and studios, understands how designers work, and knows how to build long-term, mutually beneficial partnerships.
This is not a junior or entry-level role. A ready-to-use designer database and experience working with designers in the UAE or Middle East is a mandatory requirement.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and manage partnerships with interior designers and design studios
• Actively work with your existing designer base and continuously expand it
• Build long-term relationships with key partners and top-tier designers
• Present FullFlat solutions, furniture packages, materials, and collaboration models to designers
• Negotiate partnership terms, commissions, and cooperation formats
• Support designers throughout projects: from concept discussions to final orders
• Identify new B2B opportunities through networking, meetings, and industry events
• Coordinate internally with sales, design, and operations teams
• Track partner performance, deals, and pipeline in CRM
• Represent the company professionally in the local design community
Requirements (Mandatory)
• Proven experience as a B2B Manager / Partnership Manager in interiors, furniture, fit-out, or related industries
• Own established network of interior designers (UAE / Middle East market)
• Deep understanding of how interior designers work, earn, and make decisions
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
• Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a strong advantage)
• Ability to work independently, manage partnerships, and deliver results
• Experience working with CRM systems
Nice to Have
• Background in furniture packages, turnkey interiors, or fit-out solutions
• Experience working with premium or investment-focused clients
• Knowledge of the UAE interior design and real estate market
