Responsibilities:

• Understanding the full cycle of working with bloggers: from search and verification to campaign launch and results analysis;
• Working with bloggers, celebrities to increase brand awareness;
• Search for bloggers, advertising platforms Instagram, telegram, YouTube, niche communities and other platforms MOSCOW, DUBAI;
• Maintaining tables with bloggers, collecting statistics;
• Developing creative formats for each channel together with the marketing team;
• Checking a blogger for cheating through special bots;
• Search for partners for collaborations;
• Media publications;
• Monitoring and analysis of mentions by bloggers, companies, reporting on PR activities;
• Knowledge of relevant sites and their specifics.
• High self-organization, result-oriented;
• Interaction with company employees and contractors to develop promotional publications for bloggers;
• Attracting bloggers to the staff;
• Development with a team of unique advertising messages, texts, presentations, advertising layouts, banners;
• Budgeting, reporting, and document management for projects.
• Excellent negotiation skills and build long-term relationships with opinion leaders and community administrators;
• The presence of confirmed cases of impact on sales.

Requirements:

• A well-established and proven blogger base;
• The ability to negotiate;
• Education in PR, journalism, marketing or related fields will be an advantage.;
• Work experience in PR or marketing (experience in the field of beauty or health will be an advantage);
• Excellent written and oral communication skills;
• Ability to work with social networks and digital tools;
• Creativity, initiative, and the ability to work independently.

Conditions:

• Work schedule 5/2: from 10:00 -19:00;
• Remote work format;
• The salary is 50,000 rubles.
