NAVY Agency, a creative event production agency with a strong track record in luxury and automotive sectors, is seeking a driven New Business Development Manager to spearhead our growth in the dynamic UAE market. Success in this role means building a robust sales pipeline from the ground up and converting strategic leads into long-term client partnerships. Within the first year, your direct contribution will be crucial in securing 3+ key clients.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a clear market entry and sales strategy targeting key segments: luxury automotive dealerships, brand importers, and adjacent premium/lifestyle brands.
Identify, qualify, and proactively engage with potential clients through a mix of research, strategic networking, and personalized outreach.
Conduct high-level discovery meetings and presentations to deeply understand client objectives and position our agency’s strategic and creative capabilities.
Represent the agency at key industry events, conferences, and networking functions to increase brand visibility and generate leads.
Experience & Skills:
Proven track record (3+ years) in B2B sales or business development, preferably within the event marketing, advertising, luxury, or automotive sectors in the UAE.
Demonstrable ability to open doors, build relationships with mid-to-senior level marketing and brand managers, and close deals.
Strong hunter mentality with expertise in lead generation, cold outreach, and strategic selling.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex creative ideas clearly and persuasively.
Self-starter with high degree of motivation, resilience, and ability to work autonomously in a remote-friendly role.
Fluent in English; proficiency in Russian or Arabic is a significant advantage.
