CRM (Strategy & Execution)
• Develop and execute CRM strategy (email & push).
• Design and optimize automated customer journeys and lifecycle flows.
• Drive CRM contribution to sales and revenue growth.
• Manage segmentation, personalization, and customer data analysis.
• Execute and optimize campaigns via Adobe Campaign.
• Analyze performance using Adobe Analytics.
• Prepare regular performance reports.
Samsung Members Management
• Execute local Samsung Members strategy aligned with HQ/RHQ.
• Support global flagship launches within Samsung Members.
• Manage content publication (banners, news, tips).
• Monitor engagement performance and optimize results.
Project & Budget Management
• Lead end-to-end project lifecycle (initiation → execution → closure).
• Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders (Sales, Product, Digital, HQ/RHQ).
• Manage project timelines and deliverables.
• Plan and control CRM/Samsung Members budgets.
• Evaluate ROI and ensure cost efficiency.
