Responsibilities
Participation in the following assignments:
- Participating in various stages of Deal Advisory projects within the Real Estate sector (valuation, feasibility studies, development consulting, strategy development, M&A)
- Conducting financial analysis of projects, companies, and holdings
- Building financial models of varying complexity – from quick assessment models to fully flexible, comprehensive models
- Performing industry research and market analysis
- Assessing the value of real estate assets using the market approach
- Preparing reports and presentations (PowerPoint)
- Developing marketing and presentation materials (PowerPoint)
To fill the role a candidate is expected to meet the following requirements:
- Higher education – preferably in finance, economics, mathematics, valuation, or construction – with strong academic performance from leading universities in Uzbekistan or abroad
- Knowledge of valuation methodologies and techniques, including DCF and the market approach
- Understanding of the applicability and specifics of each valuation approach in Kazakhstan and in international valuation practice
- Knowledge of financial accounting (considered an advantage)
- Strong IT skills: advanced user of MS Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong analytical abilities, including numeracy, data structuring, and advanced research skills
- Excellent writing and presentation skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Russian
- Fast learner and team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills
