Job Title and Purpose
B&I Sales Executive is responsible for driving business growth by identifying, developing, and closing sales opportunities within the building, construction, and infrastructure sectors. The role focuses on building strong client relationships, delivering tailored solutions, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales cycle.

- Will be based in Tashkent.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets in the building and infrastructure sectors.
- Prospect, identify, and approach new clients through networking, market research, and cold outreach.
- Prepare and deliver technical and commercial proposals, including pricing and project solutions.
- Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, proposal development, negotiation, contract finalization, and after-sales support.
- Collaborate with operations, technical, and finance departments to ensure smooth project execution and excellent customer service.
- Maintain and expand relationships with key decision-makers, contractors, consultants, and government agencies.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new opportunities.
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and performance reviews for management.
- Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and conferences.
Requirements to be a successful candidate
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
- Minimum 3–5 years of proven sales experience in building materials, infrastructure projects, or construction-related services.
- Strong knowledge of building and infrastructure sectors, including regulations and procurement processes.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines under pressure.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (Salesforce or equivalent).
- Fluency in English (additional languages are an advantage)
