Account Manager (SMS Regional Manager)

We are looking for a detail-oriented and data-driven specialist to ensure stable and high-quality SMS delivery in the assigned region. In this role, you will work closely with SMS routes, operational processes, and internal teams, handling data analysis and routine operational tasks on a daily basis.

Responsibilities

• Ensure stable and high-quality SMS delivery within the assigned region.

• Monitor and control the quality of SMS routes.

• Manage and support operational processes related to SMS delivery.

• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve SMS delivery issues and improve performance.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets.
