IT Support Specialist (German or English speaking)

Client headquartered in Germany is a leading Full Service Payment Provider operating across three continents.

To strengthen our team at the Minsk office, we are inviting an IT Support Specialist on a full-time basis.

Your Responsibilities:

• Independently manage client relations, building trust and long-term partnerships

• Provide phone support to B2B customers

• Actively and professionally expand the client base through proactive outreach

• Conduct training sessions for clients

• Play a key role in client support as an internal account manager within the team

• Deliver IT solutions that increase client efficiency and competitiveness in the online business landscape

• Analyze client needs, focusing especially on company products

• Independently develop customer strategies and implement action plans using available support tools, coordinating projects effectively

• Complaint management, problem resolution, and detailed responses to resolve issues through platforms like Trustpilot, Google, Klacht, and others

• Maintaining and enhancing the company's online reputation

Your Profile:

• Excellent spoken and written proficiency in German and/or English, supported by certification
• Economic education and experience in banking (payment systems) - nice to have
• Work in the office!
• Comfortable handling phone calls and quick at understanding information and situations
• Proactive, communicative, and results-oriented
• Customer-centric with a passion for helping clients
• Experience in chat and email communication
• Previous customer support experience is a plus
