Key Responsibilities:
- Solution Portfolio Management: Orchestrating and synchronizing the operations of specialized teams across SAP, Odoo, MS Dynamics, and Salesforce;
- Business Planning & Strategy: Defining the department’s growth strategy, managing P&L (Profit & Loss), forecasting revenue, and overseeing budget/expenditure control;
- Resource Management: Strategic resource allocation of consultants and developers across projects, headcount planning, and professional development mapping;
- Presale Leadership: Spearheading high-stakes sales cycles, conducting project effort estimations (Scoping), defending architectural decisions, and crafting compelling commercial proposals;
- Strategic Consulting: Acting as a trusted advisor to clients, helping them select the optimal platform based on TCO (Total Cost of Ownership), implementation timelines, and business scalability.
Candidate Requirements:
- Broad ERP/CRM Ecosystem Knowledge: A strong conceptual understanding of the architecture and "philosophy" of at least two systems from our stack (deep expertise in one is a plus; general literacy in others is mandatory);
- Leadership Experience: 3–5+ years in a senior leadership role such as Head of Department, Delivery Director, or Practice Lead within a technology consulting environment;
- Financial Acumen: Proven ability to build business cases, manage department budgets, and justify ROI for complex digital transformation projects;
- Presentation & Presale Skills: A track record of successful presales and the ability to "sell" technical expertise to C-level executives;
- Systems Thinking: Ability to design processes from scratch where they are missing and optimize them where they are failing.
