Role Overview The Head of Product is responsible for defining and driving the product vision and development of the company’s ecosystem, including:

the VPN platform (desktop, mobile, iOS, Android, etc.),

the web product (website, user account/dashboard, FAQ and knowledge base, support center, investor pages, careers section, affiliate program, blog),
-
and, in the future, eSIM and other adjacent services.
The core mission of this role is to connect platform and web products into a single, coherent product strategy, define priorities, lead Product Managers (Web and Platform), and ensure the achievement of key product and business metrics.

Location: Minsk
Format of work: full-time role with flexible start times and a hybrid setup (4 days in the office, 1 remote)
Responsibilities: - define and maintain a unified product vision for the entire ecosystem (VPN+Web, with eSIM and additional services in the future)
- own product strategy and prioritization:
а) balance platform development, web experience, and the launch of new product directions;
b) decide which hypotheses and product initiatives to pursue — and which not to; - own a single end-to-end product roadmap:
а) consolidate Web Product and Platform Product roadmaps into one;
b) manage dependencies, risks, and release milestones; - drive and own product metrics:
а) conversion funnel (visit → sign-up → payment), activation, retention, LTV/CAC, churn, self-service share, NPS/CSAT;
b) set goals together with the team and ensure their achievement; - lead and develop the product management team:
а) Web Product Manager (website, user account, FAQ/knowledge base, support center, careers, investor pages);
b) Platform Product Manager (client applications and VPN/eSIM core);
с) goal setting, prioritization, 1:1s, and performance reviews. - build and scale discovery & delivery processes:
а) foster a strong culture of hypotheses, experimentation, A/B testing, and user research;
b) establish unified standards for product requirements (user stories, success metrics, Definition of Done). -
own portfolio-level release planning:
а) plan and coordinate key platform and web releases;
b) collaborate closely with the CTO and engineering leads;

represent the product function at the CEO and investor level:Pr
а) contribute the product perspective to the company’s overall strategy;
b) provide regular updates on roadmap progress and key KPIs.
What We Expect from You:
Hard Skills
- 5+ years of experience in product roles (Product Manager, Head of Product, CPO), including experience in B2C and subscription-based services (SaaS, telecom, fintech, VPN/eSIM, or similar)
- proven experience managing multiple product streams or a product portfolio (web+platform, multiple teams)
- building and maintaining product roadmaps
- defining, cascading, and tracking OKRs and KPIs
- product analytics and A/B testing
- strong understanding of subscription business models and billing (subscriptions, renewals, trials, cancellations, refunds)
- strong understanding of web funnels and UX flows (visit → sign-up → payment → activation)
- SEO fundamentals and marketing funnels
- experience working with cross-functional teams (product, marketing, engineering, support, finance, legal)
- english level: B2+ (able to confidently discuss product and business topics)
