Manager of Visa Application Center / Менеджер Визового Центра

VFS Global, the world’s largest outsourcing and technology services specialist for governments and diplomatic missions worldwide, is looking for a Manager of Visa Application Center in Minsk.

Responsibilities:

• Overall management of the Visa Application Center in Minsk, with more than 25 employees in subordination.
• Ensure compliance to all existing processes and meet the defined Service Level Agreement’s.
• Manage unit and staff efficiency & productivity. Direct responsibility for the Unit's profitability and achieve targets. Control & maintain Unit's expense budgets and allocated resources.
• Develop and maintain business relationships with all Consulate officials. Liaise with governments/missions through direct communication via face-to-face meetings, telephone calls and emails etc.
• Timely reporting with accuracy by developing & implementing formats that ensure zero errors.
• Lead new process roll outs in the respective Visa Application Centre.
• Ensure process improvements across, Productivity improvement, Cost Saving.
• Analysis and improvement of Voice of Customer (VOC), Voice of Mission (VOM) and Complaint Data on on-going basis.
• Ensure Internal customer Satisfaction.
• Implementation and maintenance of Quality & Environment Management System in the visa center.
• Conduct Research and provide innovative solutions for Business improvement.

Requirements:

• Higher Education
• Managerial experience
• Experience with Client Management skills
• Perfect communication skills
• Upper- Intermediate in Italian and English is a must.
