An international company is looking for National Sales Manager.
Requirements:
Fluent Russian, English and Kazakh.
Sales experience within FMCG companies for more than 6 years.
Main objectives:
- Ensuring that distributors’ working standards are as per guidelines provided in the ‘Model Distributor’ criteria and that all the distributors either maintain those standards or work towards that in all critical areas.
- Preparing joint development plans with the distributors for the improvement areas after the audits and monitoring their realization.
- Ensuring that the annual distributor business plans are prepared in line with the annual business plan priorities and targets and supports the completion of the process.
- Monitoring distributor profitability with support from the finance team and leading to taking necessary corrective actions, if necessary.
- Extending support in order to resolve problems faced by distributors by supporting the sales team and aligning cross-functional teams as well as sales team.
- Making sure distributor related data is collected as per given timelines.
- Management of distributor fleet, ensuring that all distributor vehicles are in line with company standards,
- Ensuring end-to-end process for distribution on-boarding and off-boarding.
- Ensuring that dealer stocks are compatible with system figures, ensuring that stock capacities are in line with company standards and other future requirements.
- Ensuring company programs/software usage as per requirement and if necessary, arrange and give the required trainings.
- Monitoring the distributor credit limit and ensuring the right amount of bank guarantee etc.
