🔍 We Are Hiring: National Key Account Manager (МТ)— Almaty, Kazakhstan
📍 International FMCG (Beverages) Company
The NKAM role plays a pivotal part in shaping channel strategies, developing strong partnerships with major national key accounts, and ensuring the effective management of budgets and teams to drive growth in sales, market share, and profitability.
⭐ What You Can Expect From the Role
*Develop and continuously enhance strategic and tactical plans for the National Key Accounts channel.
*Build strong, sustainable relationships between the company and key customers.
*Foster cross‑functional collaboration and teamwork across all organizational levels.
*Prepare Joint Annual Business Plans and conduct field visits to identify regional opportunities.
*Identify customer needs and coordinate with internal teams to launch new products and deliver outstanding services.
*Share best practices and successful initiatives across key accounts.
*Monitor customer and consumer trends and design customer‑focused seasonal and annual execution projects.
*Lead negotiations and address challenges in a fast‑changing environment.
*Develop team capabilities through coaching, training, and mentorship.
🎓 What You Bring
-Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Engineering, Management, or related fields.
-Relevant FMCG sales experience, including 3–5 years in managerial roles.
-Strong interpersonal and relationship‑building skills.
-Proven ability in problem solving and decision making.
-Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
-Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
-Advanced command of English.
