Job Title and Purpose
Certification Sales Executive is responsible for driving business growth by identifying, developing, and closing sales opportunities within certification sector. The role focuses on building strong client relationships, delivering tailored solutions, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales cycle.
Responsibilities
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in B2B sales (experience in certification or industrial services is an advantage)
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
Languages: English, Russian and Uzbek
Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Achievement of annual and quarterly sales targets.
Contribution to departmental organic growth.
Number of new clients and contracts acquired.
Customer satisfaction and retention rate.
Accuracy of sales forecasts and reporting.
