Support dealer to develop parts sales, stock plan, marketing plan, promotion, campaigns, new product launch and any spare parts related activities to achieve the parts sales target.
Dealer sales performance and business operation monitor & support
Parts sales channel development
Follow up & solve complains and issues from dealers & Customers
Key project, key account support & coordinate related to parts
Payment collection
Parts warehouse management & stock plan
Parts Logistic development
Dealer training
Other tasks assigned by LGCA parts director
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree (Can be flexible if well-experienced)
Familiar with local market major competitors & suppliers
Familiar with WL , Hex , SSL attachment sales
Familiar with Lubricant and tire sales
Minimum 3 years construction machinery parts sales management experience at OEM or dealers
Fluently speaking: Russian, English, Uzbek languages
Excellent interpersonal communication skills
Leadership and problem solving abilities
Good computer skills on EXCEL, WORD, PPT
SAP system knowledge is preferred
Conditions:
5/2 schedule, 8.30am to 5.30pm
