✨About the Role

As Head of FP&A & Business Analytics, you will own the company’s financial planning, performance management and business analytics framework.

You will act as the main analytical and financial partner to the CFO and CEO/COO, transforming unit economics and data into growth strategy, operational decisions and predictable financial outcomes.

This role combines deep analytical expertise, hands-on data work and team leadership.

📝Key Responsibilities

Business & Growth Analytics

• Analyze end-to-end customer, revenue, and cost data to identify growth and monetization opportunities.

• Own unit economics (LTV, CAC, payback, retention, margins) across segments and markets.

• Generate data-driven hypotheses for product, pricing and growth improvements.

• Quantify and scale successful initiatives.

Financial Planning & Performance Management

• Own rolling forecast, budgeting and long-term planning.

• Build and maintain driver-based financial models.

• Lead plan/fact analysis and performance reviews.

• Develop base / upside / downside scenarios and manage cash runway.

Business Partnership

• Act as strategic finance and analytics partner for Product, Marketing, and Growth.

• Support pricing, channel strategy and product roadmap with financial insights.

• Evaluate ROI and incremental impact of initiatives.

Data & Team Leadership

• Work closely with Data Platform / BI to ensure data quality and consistency.

• Personally use SQL and analytical tools for deep dives and validation.

• Build, lead and develop FP&A team.

Management & Reporting

• Prepare performance packs for management and board.

• Support investor reporting together with Corporate Finance.

📩Candidate Requirements

• 5+ years in FP&A, business analytics, strategic finance, or consulting in digital businesses.

• Strong expertise in unit economics and driver-based modeling.

• Advanced Excel / Google Sheets and strong SQL.

• Experience with cohorts, funnels and segmentation.

• Proven people management experience.

• Ability to translate data into clear business decisions.

• High ownership and execution mindset.

🌍Languages

• Russian — C2

• English — C1–C2 (spoken and written)
