About the Role

We are looking for a Sales & Client Development Manager to manage and grow relationships for our boutique, award-winning interior design studio and art gallery in Dubai.

This is a consultative, relationship-driven sales role, focused on inbound leads, existing clients, and long-term business development.
This role does not involve cold calling or mass outreach.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage and convert inbound leads (ads, enquiries, referrals)
• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with B2B and B2C clients
• Manage and grow the existing client base
• Conduct client meetings (online and in person)
• Represent the studio and art gallery in a professional, premium manner
• Handle art gallery clients, identifying future design opportunities
• Coordinate with design and project teams during pre-sales
• Prepare proposals, presentations, and follow-ups
• Support negotiations and deal closures
• Maintain accurate client follow-ups and pipeline tracking

Requirements
• Proven experience in interior design, fit-out, luxury real estate, art, or premium services
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills
• Consultative, client-focused sales approach
• Ability to manage longer sales cycles
• Organized and disciplined with follow-ups
• Fluent English (spoken and written) - ABSOLUTE MUST!

Compensation
• Base salary: AED 8,000 – 9,000 per month. We may consider higher total package for an exceptional, highly aligned profile.
• Commission: Performance-based (structure to be discussed)
