Senior Business Relations Manager

We are looking for a Senior Business Relations Manager to attract financial and regulated businesses to AIFC, develop international partnerships, and drive business development initiatives with a strong focus on strategic markets.

Responsibilities:

• Implement strategies to achieve AIFC goals and KPIs.
• Generate leads and pitch AIFC to global companies and regulated financial institutions.
• Build and maintain relationships with international partners, financial intermediaries, and investors (financial and non-financial sectors).
• Represent AIFC at international events, roadshows, and conferences, including APAC markets.
• Organize business matchmaking and large-scale promotional activities.
• Prepare presentations, proposals, and reports for stakeholders.
• Maintain CRM systems and ensure accurate reporting and compliance.
• Collaborate with multiple AIFC bodies and external stakeholders to deliver strategic projects.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in International Business, Finance, Marketing, Economics, or Law (Master’s preferred).
• 3–5 years in business development, financial services, consulting, or related fields.
• Fluent in Kazakh, Russian, and English; Chinese language is highly advantageous.
• Experience in APAC markets (China, Hong Kong, Singapore) is an advantage.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
• Certificates in CFA, Compliance, Risk, Finance, or AML are preferred but not required.
