Responsibilities:
• Organize administrative operations in the office: document management, correspondence, visitor registration.
• Coordinate the work of office staff and interact with teachers, parents, and students.
• Prepare and maintain reports; track office supplies and equipment.
• Organize meetings, schedule events, and manage the office calendar to ensure timely task completion.
• Work with CRM systems and databases to maintain efficient office operations.
• Handle incoming calls, manage mail, and provide informational support to all departments.
• Resolve day-to-day issues and ensure a comfortable working environment.
Requirements:
• Experience in an administrative or office management role, preferably in the education sector (1–2 years minimum).
• Proficiency with office software (MS Office, Google Workspace) and the ability to quickly learn new programs.
• Excellent communication skills, stress resilience, and strong attention to detail.
• Organizational skills, proactivity, and the ability to set priorities.
• Good verbal communication and business writing skills.
• Basic knowledge of document management and administrative procedures.
