Content & Events Manager

• Content Strategy & Creation

• Develop and execute the hotel’s content strategy across digital, print, and on-property channels
• Create, edit, and curate written, visual, and video content aligned with the brand tone and positioning

• Conceptual Events & Brand Experiences

• Conceptualize, plan, and deliver thematic in-hotel events (lifestyle events, gastronomy concepts, cultural programs, wellness experiences, seasonal activations)
• Develop event concepts, narratives, run-of-show, and guest journeys
• Coordinate with internal teams (F&B, Operations, Engineering, Security, Housekeeping) for flawless execution
• Manage event budgets, timelines, and suppliers
• Evaluate event performance and guest engagement
• Manage the content calendar and coordinate approvals with internal stakeholders
• Ensure brand consistency across all guest-facing materials

Требования:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, PR, or related field
• 3–5 years of experience in content management and event planning, preferably in hospitality, lifestyle, or luxury brands
• Office tools, planning tools, SM tools
• English, Uzbek, Russian
• Strong creative and conceptual thinking skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proven project management and cross-department coordination abilities
