Finance Manager

International Company is looking for Finance Manager

Responsibilities:

Analyze financial performance of lounge operations, including revenue, costs, and profitability.

Prepare financial summaries and insights to support strategic decision-making.

Manage relationships with financial institutions and support financing activities.

Monitor actual results versus budget and forecasts.

Develop and implement budgeting and cost-control strategies.

Collaborate with stakeholders on financial strategy and growth initiatives.

Oversee financial accounts and support monthly financial reporting.

Lead and manage the accounting team.

Qualifications:

• Minimum Requirement: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field.

• Preferred: Master’s degree (Finance or Economics) and certifications such as CPA (Certified Public Accountant) or CMA (Certified Management Accountant) are a plus.

• Experience: At least 6 years of experience in finance, with a solid background in budgeting, financial reporting, and managing a chart of accounts.

• Knowledge: Up-to-date knowledge of tax legislation is preferred.

• Skills:

  • Strong experience in fostering relationships with financial institutions.
  • Excellent business judgment, analytical thinking, and decision-making abilities.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and other analytical software.
  • Knowledge of Oracle or similar financial systems is an advantage.
