We are looking for a National Key Account Manager to join our Commercial team in Almaty, Kazakhstan.

About This Opportunity
National Key Account Manager, Almaty is a position responsible for building and implementing channel strategies in line with company strategies/goals and building/maintaining business relationship with all major KA’s and manage the spending budget cost effectively and the team effectively in order to achieve sales, market share and profitability targets.

What You Can Expect from The Role:

  • Develop and evolve a customer strategic and tactical plan for National Key Account Channel.
  • Building strong and sustainable relations between CCI and the customers. Additionally, encouraging relationship building and teamwork among different departments in all levels.
  • Preparing Joint Annual Business plans for customers and making field visits to capture regional opportunities.
  • Identifying customer needs to direct other departments to launch new products and provide additional services, by following the success of the process.
  • Identifying and sharing the best practices which have been executed in key accounts.
  • Following the customer and consumer trends in the channel and developing projects. Planning seasonal and annual execution projects by customer.
  • Negotiating and solving difficulties and demands of the customers occurred in changing conditions.
  • Build capability and provide specialized training or coaching to team.

What You Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree from Finance, Engineering, Management Departments
  • Relevant experience in sales in FMCG sector and 3-5 years of experience in managerial roles.
  • Strong relationship building and interpersonal skills
  • Capability for problem solving and decision making
  • Great communication and negotiation skills
  • MS Office Suite
  • Advanced Level of English.
