We are seeking a Business Development Executive with a strong hunter mentality, someone who thrives on closing high-value deals independently through skill, network, and determination.
The ideal candidate will have deep market knowledge across experiential marketing, immersive technology, and event innovation, with the ability to confidently approach new clients, present premium offerings, and secure commercial wins. This is not a strategy or support role — it is
a pure execution and revenue-generation position, measured by tangible closures and profitability.

Key Responsibilities / Основные Обязанности:
1. Lead Generation & Market Penetration / Лидогенерация и выход на рынок
- Independently identify, engage, and qualify new clients across corporate, government, and institutional sectors.
- Leverage personal networks, referrals, and industry events to generate new business opportunities.
- Maintain a robust pipeline of prospective clients aligned with company goals and target industries.

2. Sales Presentations & Deal Closure / Продажи и заключение сделок
- Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations tailored to C-suite and senior stakeholders.
- Position the company’s offerings — from immersive experiences to advanced technology integrations — as high-value strategic investments.
- Lead the negotiation and contract closure process with confidence and precision.
- Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
- Closing six- and seven-figure deals independently with an expected Annual target of
9,000,000 AED.

Ведение переговоров и заключение контрактов.

3. Client Relationship Development / Развитие отношений с клиентами
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers. • Act as a trusted advisor by understanding client challenges and proposing tailored experiential solutions.
- Drive repeat business and referrals through relationship consistency and superior client servicing.
4. Internal Collaboration / Работа с внутренними командами
- Coordinate with Creative Studio for proposals and concept storytelling.
- Liaise with Engineering, AV, and Software Teams for technical feasibility and cost alignment.
- Work with Finance and Legal to finalize contracts and payment structures.
- Support Marketing with client insights, testimonials, and case studies.
5. Reporting & Accountability / Ведение отчетности
- Maintain accurate sales activity and pipeline data using CRM systems.
- Provide weekly and monthly sales reports and forecasts.
- Meet or surpass all assigned KPIs related to closures, conversion ratios, and client acquisition.
Skills & Competencies / Навыки и Компетенции:
- Proven track record of closing six- and seven-figure deals independently with an expected Annual target of 9,000,000 AED.
- Exceptional presentation, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
- Strong understanding of experiential events, interactive installations, and technology-driven activations.
- Excellent interpersonal and networking abilities.
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and outcome-focused.
- Ability to communicate complex creative and technical ideas in a clear, commercial manner.
Qualifications & Certifications / Требуемая Квалификация:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- 7–12 years of relevant experience in experiential, events, or tech-driven sales roles.
- Demonstrable portfolio of closed projects with major corporate or government clients.
- CRM proficiency (Salesforce or Zoho preferred).
- Professional certifications such as CEM, CMP, or Advanced Sales Negotiation are advantageous.
- Digital marketing or proposal-writing credentials are a plus.
