About the Role

Are you a dynamic sales professional with a passion for customer success and cutting-edge solutions? KONE, a global leader in the elevator and escalator industry, is looking for a proactive and results-driven NBS (New Business Solutions) Salesperson to join our team in Almaty, Kazakhstan and help us elevate the way people move in cities.

Key Responsibilities

As a NEB Salesperson at KONE Kazakhstan, you’ll be at the forefront of our customer engagement strategy, responsible for:

  • Building and nurturing strong relationships with customers, influencers, and decision-makers
  • Driving solution-based selling with architects, developers, and consultants
  • Promoting KONE’s digital offerings and full product portfolio
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction and resolving issues collaboratively
  • Maintaining accurate CRM data and customer insights. Generating leads, closing deals, and meeting sales targets
  • Designing tailored solutions that meet customer needs
  • Managing pricing strategies and contract negotiations
  • Coordinating pre-tender reviews and seamless handovers to operations
  • Supporting financial processes and ensuring site readiness
  • Reporting market intelligence and sales performance metrics

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in economics, engineering, or related field
  • level of Russian and good level English skills is a must
  • Industry knowledge of KONE’s customer base is a plus
  • Familiarity with complex technology solutions and solution selling
  • Min 3 years experience in sales and/or customer service
  • Strong collaboration and inclusion mindset
  • Customer-centric approach with a drive for continuous improvement
  • Resilience, energy, and a proactive attitude
  • Willingness to learn and adapt
  • Confident communication and influencing skills
  • Results-oriented with a focus on execution
  • Transparent and effective communicator
  • Ability to translate customer needs into value-driven solutions
  • Enthusiasm for digital innovation and tools
