Data Analyst

We are an Innovation hub based, which creates vibrant startup ecosystems and technologies for AdTech & MarTech projects.

🚀 We are looking for a Data Analyst to join one of our teams.

This vacancy assumes relocation to Serbia.

💻 Responsibilities:

• Conduct exploratory and cohort analysis, researches and experiments, put forward hypotheses, select metrics for implementing product changes
• Identify patterns of use of the system and growth opportunities
• Develop analytics solutions and tools: operational reports (funnels, web analytics, etc) and automatization of business processes
• Design, run, and analyse AB test results
• Collect requirements, communicate with stakeholders and present complex research results in an accessible language that is understandable to business

📌 Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience in product or marketing analytics
• Strong SQL skills and ability to write complex, efficient queries
• Experience working with BI tools (Tableau is a plus)
• Confident knowledge of Python: data extraction and processing, analysis in Jupyter Notebooks, data visualization using common libraries
• Solid understanding of mathematical statistics and A/B testing methodology
• Team player with good communication skills

📌 Nice to have:

• Experience with version control systems (preferably Git)
• Experience using basic ML models (linear models, decision trees)
• Experience with Airflow

SQL, Tableau, Python (NumPy, Pandas, Matplotlib, Plotly), Jupyter Notebooks, Git, Vertica, Airflow, n8n
