We’re looking for Departmnet Assistant to support our leaders with day-to-day coordination, scheduling, communication, and administrative tasks. As a Department Assistant, you will:
- Provide administrative support to the Partner/Director
- Organize and coordinate the business meetings(documents and presentations preparation, organizing schedules)
- Arrange business trips
- Maintain the business correspondence;
- Carry out any other duties as requested by the Partner/Director
- Prepare the contracts, internal sign - off procedure
- Prepare invoices
- Arrange audio and video conferences
You’re the perfect match for this role if you:
- Hold a higher education degree (preferably in linguistics or management).
- Have at least 1 year of administrative support and office management experience.
- Are fluent in Kazakh, English, and Russian at an upper-intermediate level to effectively communicate with expatriates.
- Experienced PC user (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet Explorer)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Have excellent organizational and administrative skills
- Possess strong attention to detail and the ability to work under tight deadlines while multitasking.
