Social Media Manager & Content Creator – Real Estate

We’re now looking for a Social Media Manager & Content Creator to help us share that vision with the world—someone who can bring our brand to life online, tell compelling stories, and engage our growing audience across platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation & Strategy
• Develop and manage a content calendar aligned with marketing campaigns, project launches, and key milestones.
• Write compelling captions, blog posts, and promotional content tailored for each platform (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Plan and execute real estate-focused photo and video shoots (e.g., property tours, drone footage, lifestyle content).

Social Media Management
• Own and grow the company’s social media presence (Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, Telegram).
• Monitor trends, hashtags, and competitor activity to stay relevant and increase organic reach.
• Coordinate and manage paid campaigns in collaboration with the digital marketing team.

Analytics & Reporting
• Track performance metrics such as engagement, reach, conversions, and audience demographics using tools like Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, and LinkedIn Analytics.
• Prepare and present monthly reports with actionable insights and recommendations.

Collaboration
• Work closely with the marketing, sales, and design teams to maintain brand consistency and messaging.
• Liaise with PR agencies, influencers, and real estate platforms as needed for campaigns and promotions.

Qualifications & Requirements

✅ Proven experience in social media content creation and management (real estate or architecture industry preferred)
✅ Excellent copywriting, storytelling, and short-form video skills
✅ Proficiency in Canva, basic Photoshop, and CapCut or Reels editors
✅ Good understanding of social media algorithms, paid advertising, and basic SEO
✅ Photography and videography skills are a strong advantage
✅ Fluency in English and Russian or Arabic is required
