Responsibilities
- Manage inbound leads (English- and Russian-speaking clients)
- Conduct initial consultations on services: business setup, licensing, visa processes, and banking solutions
- Prepare commercial proposals and calculate service packages in collaboration with the legal team
- Guide clients through all stages of the sales cycle—from the first consultation to contract closure
- Maintain CRM records, prepare reports, and work proactively with the warm client base
- Participate in online team meetings
- Execute structured follow-up communication to increase conversion rates and average deal value
- Independently identify and attend networking events and business meetups across the UAE
- Actively participate in sales activities at industry exhibitions, conferences, and professional events according to KPI plans
Requirements - Minimum 2 years of sales experience in services (consulting, real estate, corporate services, immigration, or similar fields)
- Strong English proficiency; Russian is a significant advantage
- Knowledge of UAE company formation, visas, and banking— or willingness to learn quickly
- Ability to process and organize large volumes of information efficiently
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills at senior business level
- Ability to work with CRM systems and follow KPI-driven processes
- High level of client focus and motivation for performance-based income
