Lead Generation Specialist & Sales Assistant

We are currently seeking a Lead Generation Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Handling inbound leads and initial inquiries from potential clients

• Assessing lead relevance and preparing them for handoff

• Collecting additional information about contacts and companies (due diligence)

• Conducting initial communication with leads (chat, email, social media, calls)

• Analyzing client requests and forming a preliminary understanding of customer needs

• Gathering lead databases from open and closed sources and segmenting them.
• Lead generation and processing of incoming inquiries.
• Driving client purchasing decisions.
• Crafting text sequences and follow-ups.
• Working with HubSpot CRM tools.
• Improving conversion rates.
• Conducting product demos.
• Establishing and nurturing long-term relationships with clients.

Requirements:

• Knowledge and experience with tools such as Linkedin Helper, Expandi, HubSpot, Apollo, and Excel.
• Proficient written and spoken English (at least B2 level). Russian is required for team communications.
