Junior Data Quality Tester at 365Scores

365Scores is a global sports technology hub that offers multiple solutions to dozens of millions of users worldwide. The company provides real-time results, updated stats, original content, aggregated information, customized news feeds, and more.

Our products are based on cutting-edge technologies that enable live updates and on-demand content libraries of the highest quality and scale.

We are seeking a Data Quality Tester position, with a passion for technology, to solve unique problems within our measurements. Our team solves many challenges in turning raw data into accurate signals and extracting insights to improve the 365Scores products.

Appropriate candidate has an understanding of multiple components across the big data stack: large-scale data analysis, data quality, statistics, and visualization. If you are the kind of researcher who's focused on results and a quick learner, this role is for you.

Responsibilities

• Writing test scenarios for different user journeys across the app.
• Testing events both in prod and QA environments - in Android, iOS and Web.
• Creating active monitoring to identify data quality issues related to Client event reporting.
• Structuring events testing processes and documenting the current state.
• Possibly creating automations related to various topics according to the written above.

Requirements

• Basic SQL skills.
• Spoken English from Upper-Intermediate level.
• Quick learner, proactive/can-do attitude with high attention to detail.
• A strong sense of ownership, leading data initiatives from end to end independently.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• A team player with strong analytical and problem-solving skills as well as a business sense.

Nice-to-haves:

• Experience working with Cloud Data Warehouses (Redshift, Big Query, or Snowflake).
• Previous experience in collaboration with R&D or Development team.
• Knowledge of Python.
• Passion for sport.
• BA/BSc in Industrial Engineering and Management, Information Systems Engineering, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, or another related field.
