Finance Manager / Finance Director

• Overall management of the company’s financial function (accounting, budgeting, reporting, taxation, treasury).

• Development and control of budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.

• Preparation and analysis of management reports (P&L, Cash Flow, Balance Sheet).

• Financial control over costs, profitability, and efficiency.

• Cash flow management and liquidity planning.

• Interaction with banks, auditors, tax authorities, and external consultants.

• Ensure compliance with local legislation, tax and accounting standards.

• Risk management and internal control system development.

• Support management with financial analysis and strategic decision-making.

• For Finance Director level: participation in business strategy, investment analysis, and long-term financial planning.

• Higher education in Finance, Economics, Accounting.

• Minimum 5–7 years of experience in finance (managerial level).

• Experience as Finance Manager / Finance Director is an advantage.

• Strong knowledge of accounting, taxation, and financial reporting.

• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.

• Confident user of Excel; experience with ERP systems (1C, SAP, Oracle – advantage).

• Analytical mindset, leadership skills, attention to detail.

• Ability to work independently and manage a team.

• English – intermediate or higher (preferred).
