Project Manager Middle (Capital Markets domain)

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in IT project management

• Experience managing the team in capital markets (stock trading) domain

• Understanding of Agile frameworks and hands-on experience running Agile ceremonies and processes

• Proven experience managing teams, budgets, timelines, and project risks

• Practical experience with project management tools such as Jira and Confluence

• English level: Upper-Intermediate or higher

Nice to have

• Stocks / Crypto trading experience

• Agile-related certifications (Scrum, Kanban), PMI

• Coordinating distributed and cross-functional teams
