Customer servise specialist
Responsibilities
- Handle players’ issues and provide them support via ticket system, emails, Live Chat (RU)
- Translate and proofread game content from English to Russian
- Test current and future games, providing feedback
- Help with creating FAQs and training materials for players
- Work with user’s reviews in GGP and App Store
Qualifications
- English proficiency (Intermediate level and higher)
- Copywriting and proofreading skills (localization experience would be an advantage)
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Self-motivated and disciplined professional
- Ability to multitask and prioritize
- Teamwork skills
Pluses
- Passion for mobile or PC games
- Working experience in the IT-sphere
- Foreign languages knowledge
- Work experience with Confluence, JIRA or Asana
