Mechanical & Process Piping Design Engineer

​​​The major role of process engineer is or developing and implementing process strategies, managing process resources, optimizing current processes, and maintaining process documents.
Job is to maintain the efficiency of production in order to reduce costs.
Responsible for Preparation of various engineering deliverables (Drawings & Documents) such as Process Flow Diagrams, P & I Diagrams, Process Data sheets, Equipment Specifications, Cause & Effect Diagrams, control philosophies, shutdown philosophies, HAZOP Studies & reports, Operation & maintenance manuals etc. and providing necessary engineering inputs to the other disciplines and other departments.
Review of design concepts and, if necessary, presenting its comments to the design concept, timely submission of comments in case of any deviations from the requirements
Monitoring and ensuring that design solutions meet the requirements for safety, operability, maintenance, accessibility and constructability
Review and verify of key engineering documents, such as a plot plan, piping and instrumentation diagrams, cause-effect matrixes, electrical single- line diagrams, control panel drawings, building layout drawings, specifications and requirements for equipment.
