Job Description:
We are seeking a talented Sales Development Representative / Sales Development Manager to join our dynamic team. This role requires advanced English proficiency, discipline and great communication skills. The role will be responsible for managing the sales upper-funnel, qualifying prospects & leads, and being the primary point of contact for cold outreach and warm connections.
You will have the opportunity to grow to Key Account Manager and work with major clients in the US and EU.
Compensation:
Base salary (based on KPIs) + commission on closed contracts without cap (unlimited)
Responsibilities:
● Develop sales strategy and achieve sales targets (pre-defined KPIs), including cold outreach in US and EU markets.
● Identify new prospects and leads jointly with CEO and lead outreach (LinkedIn Sales Nav, Apollo, etc).
● Conduct sales primarily over email and Google VC/Zoom meetings with native English speakers.
● Conduct Market Analysis and Competitive Intel on a bi-weekly basis. Develop a quarterly business plan based on intelligence.
● Ability to lead marketing strategy on social media (LinkedIn) to generate inbound interest from B2B/Enterprise clients.
Qualifications:
● Bachelor’s degree; Master’s degree preferred. STEM field degree preferred.
● At least 2-3 years of professional experience in business development or sales representative roles.
● Excellent communication skills and proficiency in English (verbal and written; C1 level at least)
