Job Purpose:
To manage the full supplier lifecycle including registration, onboarding, qualification (PQQ), 360° surveys, and performance evaluation. The role ensures supplier compliance and continuous performance monitoring. Fluency in English and Russian is required for effective communication with international suppliers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage new supplier registration and ensure all documentation and compliance requirements are submitted accurately.
- Maintain and update supplier records in the Oracle Fusion system or similar ERP.
- Coordinate and follow up on PQQ (Pre-Qualification Questionnaire) submissions.
- Launch and manage 360° supplier surveys, including gathering and consolidating stakeholder feedback.
- Conduct supplier performance evaluations in coordination with end users and internal departments.
- Monitor supplier compliance with procurement policies, certificates, qualifications, and regulatory requirements.
- Support suppliers during onboarding and provide system-related guidance when needed.
- Prepare dashboards and reports on supplier performance and provide improvement recommendations to management.
- Assist in identifying high-risk or low-performing suppliers and monitor corrective actions.
- Source and hire new high-value suppliers to strengthen and expand the vendor base.
- Support the Procurement team with supplier KPIs, analytics, and presentations.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Procurement or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in supplier management or vendor onboarding.
- Proven experience in supplier performance evaluation and lifecycle management.
- Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion or similar ERP supplier modules.
- Fluent in English and Russian (written and verbal).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and coordination skills.
- Strong analytical ability with high attention to detail.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Preferred Experience:
- Experience in procurement, supply chain, or vendor management roles within a corporate environment.
- Knowledge of international sourcing and compliance frameworks.
- Experience working with multicultural teams and diverse stakeholders.
