Tendering and Expediting Specialist

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Tendering and Expediting Specialist to support the full lifecycle of procurement and project delivery. This role is critical in ensuring timely submission of competitive tenders and the efficient follow-up of equipment and service deliveries for large-scale energy infrastructure projects.

Key Reonsibilities

• Coordinate and prepare tender documentation in compliance with client requirements and internal standards
• Liaise with engineering, commercial, and legal teams to compile technical and financial proposals
• Track and expedite purchase orders, vendor commitments, and logistics to meet project timelines
• Maintain accurate records of tender submissions, clarifications, and award outcomes
• Engage with suppliers and partners to ensure timely delivery and resolve bottlenecks
• Support contract negotiations and post-award documentation
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to enhance bid strategy
• Ensure compliance with internal procurement policies and client expectations

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in tendering, procurement, or expediting within the energy, oil & gas, or industrial sectors
• Strong understanding of procurement workflows and project documentation
• Excellent communication and coordination skills across cross-functional teams
• Proficiency in MS Office, Excel skill is a must, ERP systems, and document control platforms
• Fluent in English and Russian; additional languages are a plus
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple deadlines

Work Conditions

• Schedule: Monday to Friday (5/2), full-time
• Environment: Office-based role in Astana
• Occasional travel to vendor facilities or client offices may be required
