Lead the design and rollout of scalable, consistent operational processes across our regional branch network. You will create standards, implement monitoring and reporting, audit branch performance, and coach branch directors to ensure disciplined execution and continuous improvement. This role drives efficiency gains through process optimization, system implementation, and targeted training - a hands-on position with regional travel.
Responsibilities
- Develop and build operational processes for the region’s branches, ensuring transparency, scalability, and consistency across all locations.
- Create and maintain a system of regulations, instructions, and operational standards.
- Ensure effective implementation and compliance with processes by branch directors.
- Conduct regular audits of branches, assess branch directors’ performance, and monitor adherence to standards.
- Establish monitoring systems, reporting frameworks, and control points to track process execution and KPI achievement.
- Provide operational recommendations to branch directors and enforce discipline in execution.
- Identify bottlenecks and operational issues within branches and initiate corrective actions.
- Organize training for management teams on standards, processes, and best operational practices.
- Oversee the implementation of new tools, systems, and processes across the region.
- Maintain efficient communication between branches and the central office.
- Promote continuous improvement principles and drive operational efficiency across the branch network.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in building or optimizing operational or business processes.
- Experience managing or supervising a multi-branch structure or distributed network.
- Strong skills in process design, standardization, and documentation.
- Ability to enforce execution discipline and effectively manage branch leaders.
- Analytical mindset with strong understanding of measurement, monitoring, and performance indicators.
- Excellent communication and training skills.
- High level of responsibility, structure, and attention to detail.
- Willingness to travel within the region.
