Media Buying Team Lead (Search Arbitrage)

We are a team with over two years of successful experience in search arbitrage, now entering a phase of rapid growth. We’re looking for an experienced media buyer ready to take the next step in their career and lead a team to greater results.

Requirements:

— 2+ years in search arbitrage (AFD/RSOC/Yahoo feed) managing $100k+ volumes;

— Proven RSOC expertise with verifiable results;

— Strong understanding of technical integrations between feed providers, trackers, and advertising platforms, including postback and tracking link setup;

— In-depth knowledge of 2025 AFS monetization (creative compliance, seasonality, keyword strategy, landing content);

— Proficiency in Clickflare or similar tracking platforms;

— Ability to collaborate with creative teams and leverage assets effectively;

— Advanced skills in Meta Ads and TikTok Ads (Native Ads is a plus).
