Company Description:
The company manages freight transportation in the United States from its office in Uzbekistan. Due to staff expansion, the position of Driver Recruiter is now open.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sourcing and attracting CDL drivers through professional platforms, databases, and direct outreach.
- Conducting initial phone and online interviews in English.
- Assessing candidates’ qualifications and compliance with established standards.
- Providing candidates with information on working conditions, rates, requirements, and internal procedures.
- Maintaining documentation, working with CRM/Google Sheets, and tracking candidates through all hiring stages.
- Supporting candidates up to their start date.
- Preparing reports for management.
Candidate Requirements:
- English level: C1 or higher (IELTS 7.0+) — mandatory.
- Fluent spoken Russian — required.
- Experience in recruitment, sales, or related fields is preferred, but candidates with strong communication skills and high motivation will be considered.
- Basic understanding of logistics processes is desirable.
- Strong business communication and negotiation skills, including the ability to handle objections.
- Proficiency in Google Sheets and CRM systems.
- Attention to detail, responsibility, and discipline.
