Driver Recruiter

Recruit drivers via job boards, social media, and referrals.

Review MVR, PSP, Clearinghouse, DAC & employment history.

Conduct phone interviews and explain pay, routes, and policies.

Prepare compliant hiring files & schedule orientation.

Keep ATS records organized; support retention & referral programs.

1+ year trucking recruiting or industry experience (Safety/Dispatch/HR preferred).

Ability to read/interpret MVR, PSP, and driver history.

Strong communication, organization & negotiation skills.

Ethical, accurate, and detail-oriented (no false promises).

Bilingual is a plus.

Full-time position - Office Only
