Treasury & Settlement Officer

Main responsibilities:

1. Be responsible for the research and monitoring of foreign exchange management policies in Uzbekistan, and complete the relevant filing, declaration and compliance management with the central bank as required to ensure that local fund operations comply with foreign exchange and payment regulatory requirements.
2. Be responsible for maintaining local bank relations, handling business such as opening, changing, closing enterprise accounts and online permission configuration; be responsible for the archiving of bank documents, communication of annual confirmation letters and coordination of bank business meetings.
3. Be responsible for the submission, tracking and verification of local and cross-border settlement instructions; Handle spot foreign exchange purchase and payment business, promote the construction of direct connection between banks and enterprises (H2H/SWIFT), and continuously optimize local business processes from the perspective of fund management.
4. Prepare daily financial reports and monthly financial income and expenditure and transaction reports to ensure accurate information transmission to the accounting team, and cooperate in completing monthly settlements and accounting closing related work.
5. Complete other tasks assigned by superiors, including cross-departmental communication, business collaboration and support for special projects.

Job main requirements:
1. Highly responsible, proactive, with excellent communication, coordination and organizational skills; Clear logical thinking, strong stress resistance, and capable of independently advancing cross-departmental matters.
2. Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in finance, accounting, economics or related fields; Fluent in Russian, familiar with English, Chinese or Uzbek are preferred.
3. Candidates with project management experience are preferred, with working experience in multinational companies or overseas finance are even better.
4. Proficient in using basic data analysis tools such as Excel, familiar with SAP or other ERP systems are preferred.
