Collection Portfolio Manager (B2C)

Now we’re scaling fast across MENA & Europe and looking for a Collection Portfolio Manager who will take full ownership, run and scale debt recovery operations through smart process, automation, and data.

What You’ll Do

• Manage daily operations of the B2C collection portfolio
• Own contact strategy: timing, channel mix (dialer, WhatsApp, SMS, email).
• Supervise and coach collection agents; monitor RPC, PTP, kept-rate.
• Analyze recovery trends and propose tactical improvements.
• Maintain dashboards and forecasts for recovery and cost-to-collect.
• Work closely with PMO & Tech on CRM workflows and automation.
• Ensure adherence to policies, tone-of-voice, and compliance standards.

What We’re Looking For

• 3–5 years in consumer collections / recovery operations, ideally in fintech, microfinance, or mobility.
• Hands-on experience with CRM + dialer + WhatsApp API.
• Comfortable with numbers — understands metrics, vintages, conversion funnels.
• Strong communication and team coordination skills.
• English required; Russian a strong plus.
