We’re looking for a Chief Marketing Officer (iGaming) — a strategic yet hands-on leader to scale global B2C growth, build data-driven marketing, and shape performance excellence across regions.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a global B2C marketing strategy focused on performance marketing, user acquisition, engagement, and ROI maximization.
Lead and scale a global marketing organization, including performance, CRM, digital analytics, creative, and regional marketing teams.
Optimize marketing spend and channels based on data-driven insights and KPIs.
Conduct market, competitor, and user behavior analysis to identify new growth opportunities.
Build and execute strategies for user acquisition, retention, and lifecycle marketing across digital and CRM channels.
Collaborate closely with Product, Operations, and Data teams to ensure full alignment between marketing initiatives and business goals.
Implement measurement frameworks and systems for marketing efficiency and campaign performance across all markets.
Drive brand consistency, innovation, and creativity in all B2C marketing activities and communication.
Qualifications & Experience
Minimum 5 years of marketing experience, including 2–3 years as CMO or Head of Marketing in the iGaming industry.
Proven record of achieving measurable results in user growth and revenue performance.
Deep expertise in performance marketing, data analytics, attribution, and ROI optimization.
Experience managing multi-million marketing budgets across multiple regions and channels.
Strong leadership skills with experience managing international, cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
Experience in iGaming is mandatory. Candidates from adjacent industries (Fintech, Forex, Crypto) will be considered only with exceptional results.
Strategic yet hands-on leader, able to balance scaling, execution, and operational efficiency.
Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
