We’re looking for a Chief Marketing Officer (iGaming) — a strategic yet hands-on leader to scale global B2C growth, build data-driven marketing, and shape performance excellence across regions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a global B2C marketing strategy focused on performance marketing, user acquisition, engagement, and ROI maximization.

  • Lead and scale a global marketing organization, including performance, CRM, digital analytics, creative, and regional marketing teams.

  • Optimize marketing spend and channels based on data-driven insights and KPIs.

  • Conduct market, competitor, and user behavior analysis to identify new growth opportunities.

  • Build and execute strategies for user acquisition, retention, and lifecycle marketing across digital and CRM channels.

  • Collaborate closely with Product, Operations, and Data teams to ensure full alignment between marketing initiatives and business goals.

  • Implement measurement frameworks and systems for marketing efficiency and campaign performance across all markets.

  • Drive brand consistency, innovation, and creativity in all B2C marketing activities and communication.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum 5 years of marketing experience, including 2–3 years as CMO or Head of Marketing in the iGaming industry.

  • Proven record of achieving measurable results in user growth and revenue performance.

  • Deep expertise in performance marketing, data analytics, attribution, and ROI optimization.

  • Experience managing multi-million marketing budgets across multiple regions and channels.

  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing international, cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

  • Experience in iGaming is mandatory. Candidates from adjacent industries (Fintech, Forex, Crypto) will be considered only with exceptional results.

  • Strategic yet hands-on leader, able to balance scaling, execution, and operational efficiency.

  • Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
