Business Assistant with PR skills

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Business Assistant to join our team. This multi-faceted role requires a dynamic individual who can provide key support in marketing, public relations, sales coordination, and executive administration, with an emphasis on managing the logistical aspects of our business. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with excellent communication skills and a keen eye for detail.

Responsibilities

Executive & Administrative Support

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the leadership team, including calendar management, scheduling meetings, and coordinating appointments.

  • Prepare and organize documents, presentations, and reports for internal and external meetings.

  • Act as a point of contact between the executive and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication.

  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

  • Organize and coordinate team events, meetings, and off-sites.

Marketing & Public Relations

  • Support the development and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels.

  • Assist in content creation for social media, blogs, newsletters, and other promotional materials.

  • Draft and distribute press releases and other public relations materials.

  • Monitor media mentions and industry trends, providing regular reports to the team.

  • Look for opportunities for mutually beneficial partnerships with representatives of various media

Sales & Logistics Coordination

  • Provide administrative support to the sales team, including preparing sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.

  • Serve as a point of contact for clients, handling inquiries and ensuring a smooth sales process.

  • Process sales orders, track their status, and communicate with clients and the logistics team to ensure timely delivery.

  • Coordinate shipping and receiving of products, including managing relationships with shipping carriers and fulfillment partners.

  • Maintain and update the customer relationship management (CRM) database with accurate client information and sales activities.

  • Assist in generating sales reports and analyzing data to track performance and identify sales trends.

Data Analysis & Reporting

  • Collect and compile data from various sources to support business decisions.

  • Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations on key business metrics for management.

  • Analyze sales, marketing, and operational data to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement.

  • Provide clear and concise summaries of data findings to help inform strategic planning.

Skills

  • English – not lower C1.

  • Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative, marketing, or sales support role.

  • Experience with social media platforms and content management systems.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities with a high level of attention to detail.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

    Due to business development, preference is given to candidates located in Europe and the UK.
