Sales & Executive Assistant (Remote – US Glass Railing Company)
About the Role
We are looking for a proactive, organized, and communicative Sales & Executive Assistant to work directly with the owner of a growing glass railing company in the United States. This is a hybrid role: part sales support, part personal/executive assistant. You will help manage leads, communicate with clients, prepare quotes, and keep the owner’s tasks and schedule organized. Over time, this role can grow into a full Sales Manager position.
What You Will Do (Day to Day)
- Communicate with clients and leads in English (email, WhatsApp, phone).
- Ask the right questions to understand project details (photos, measurements, timelines, budget).
- Prepare and update quotes and simple proposals using templates and guidelines.
- Keep CRM / Google Sheets up to date: leads, stages, amounts, next steps.
- Follow up with warm leads: reminders, check-ins, and clarifying questions.
- Make outbound cold calls to potential partners (designers, contractors, builders, realtors) to introduce our services and build referral relationships.
- Maintain a simple database of potential referral partners and track communication with them.
- Help the owner manage calendar, tasks, reminders, and basic paperwork.
- Prepare short weekly reports on leads, deals, partner calls, and current priorities.
Approximate split of responsibilities:
- Around 70% sales support, client communication, and outreach calls
- Around 30% executive / personal assistance and organization
Schedule / Availability
- You need to be available during the owner’s working hours (Los Angeles, Pacific Time).
- This means working late evening or night hours in your local time zone.
- The exact schedule and daily time window will be discussed and agreed with the successful candidate.
Who You Are
- You have experience in sales, customer support, coordination, or assistant work.
- You are comfortable talking to people and do not avoid cold calls.
- You are well-organized and prefer when everything is structured and tracked.
- You want to work with the US market and use English in your daily work.
- You are reliable, independent, and comfortable working remotely without constant supervision.
Requirements
- English at upper-intermediate (C1) level or higher, confident in both writing and speaking.
- Strong communication skills and a professional, friendly tone with clients and partners.
- Good attention to detail and the ability to follow up and track multiple leads and tasks at once.
- Confident use of Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Drive, messengers, and basic CRM tools.
- Willingness and ability to work with Pacific Time (Los Angeles), including evening or night hours in your own time zone.
- Stable internet connection and a quiet, reliable place to work.
Compensation
- Base salary: 800–1,200 USD per month, depending on experience and skills.
- Bonus: 3-5 % of profit from projects where you are involved in the sales process.
- Bi-weekly payments via Wise, Payoneer, Zelle or similar services.
