Routing Platform Support Analyst

• Analyze and Report daily delivery and performance statistics, providing clear summaries.

• Monitor Key Metrics and proactively report on any performance failures or deviations.

• Identify and immediately report sudden drops in delivery, unusual pricing, or unexpected routing changes.

• Operate and manage the core platform, executing necessary changes in routing and system configurations.

• Perform regular sending tests to validate platform functionality and deliverability.

• Serve as a key communicator, resolving operational issues with providers via email, WhatsApp, and Telegram.

• Report technical failures that occur within the platform environment.

• Exceptional Attention to Detail – This is the most crucial skill for successful performance in this role.

• Advanced skills in MS Excel and Google Sheets, including the ability to draw insights from large datasets, and proficient use of pivot tables, complex formulas, and data modeling.

• Strong Numerical Comprehension: The ability to quickly navigate, analyze numbers, and draw valid, data-driven conclusions.

• English language proficiency at a minimum level of B2.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Google Docs.

• High Adaptability: The ability to quickly master and adapt to new software platforms and applications.
